Shipping standard

We do our best to get your order to you quickly and carefully — every piece is made to order, packed with intention, and shipped straight from our fulfillment partner, Printful.
1. Processing Time
Each item is created just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Once it’s on the way, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow along.
(Made-to-order means less waste, more care, and pieces you can feel good about wearing.)
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free domestic ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax).
Orders under $50 will see shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Times
Typical delivery windows once your order leaves the fulfillment center:
- U.S. orders: 3–8 business days
- International orders: 7–20 business days
While we can’t control carrier delays, we’ll do our best to help if your package gets stuck or goes missing.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If your package seems delayed, check the carrier’s updates first — then reach out to us if it’s not moving within a few days.
5. Wrong or Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days so we can work with Printful and the carrier to make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We’re not able to refund or replace orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly.
6. Returns to Sender
If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address or failure to claim, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
